Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and god444 ("god444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the god444 website available at https://god444.app and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any promotional offerings ("Services").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the god444 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

You are only eligible to open and use a god444 account if all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age .
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You have not previously been excluded from god444 or any affiliated platform through a self-exclusion request or administrative closure.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of god444 or its technology and payment partners.
5. You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.

god444 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on god444. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify god444 promptly of any changes to your name, contact information, or payment details. god444 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep registration information current.

• You must not share your account credentials — username, password, or OTP codes — with any other person.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify god444 support immediately via email at [email protected].
• god444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) to protect your account from unauthorised access.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your account to another person.

god444 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account that it reasonably suspects is being operated in breach of these Terms, including accounts suspected of bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, or fraudulent activity.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

god444 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

You must only deposit funds using payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account held by a third party — including family members — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and reversal of the relevant transaction. god444 is not responsible for any fees, charges, or delays imposed by your bank or mobile financial service provider.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. If your identity has not been fully verified at the time of a withdrawal request, god444 will initiate the verification process before releasing funds. god444 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required.

Chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes initiated by a player with their payment provider without first contacting god444 support constitute a breach of these Terms. god444 reserves the right to recover the value of any disputed amount from the player's account balance and to suspend or terminate the account pending resolution.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

god444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period and the associated bonus balance is forfeited.
• god444 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to use it, any qualifying deposit will be returned.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times, or using automated tools to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day are subject to the same general bonus rules unless their individual terms state otherwise.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on god444 — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate under the rules established by the respective game studios and providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. By playing any game on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the rules of that game as defined by its provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, god444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

• god444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times.
• god444 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider delays on the player's side.
• god444's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

god444 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. god444 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments, Suspension & Termination

god444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of god444 following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

god444 may suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or presents a compliance risk. Upon termination, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Governing Law & Disputes
